Before Your Appointment

At least 2 weeks of growth. No shaving beforehand!

Come clean, hydrated, and with enough hair growth. Avoid heavy lotions or oils that day.

Yes! Gently exfoliate 24 hours before your wax — NOT the same day.

Avoid working out beforehand. Heat, sweat, and friction can make the skin more sensitive and prone to irritation.

Whatever you're comfortable in, but loose clothing afterward is best!
After Your Wax

Wait at least 24 hours. Sweat + freshly waxed skin = irritation waiting to happen.

Wait at least 24 hours before pools, lakes, or hot tubs.

Wait at least 24 hours to avoid friction and irritation.

Wait 72 hours, then gently exfoliate regularly to help prevent in-growns.

Waxing & Hair Growth

Typically every 4–6 weeks, depending on the area and your hair growth.

Nope! Shaving interrupts your waxing routine and hair-growth cycle.

Everyone is different, but you'll typically enjoy a few weeks of smoothness between appointments.

Nope! Waxing removes hair from the root and does NOT make it grow back thicker.

Yes! Over your next few consistent waxes, you may start noticing finer, softer, and less noticeable regrowth.
